The state property trust management service "Senimde" (hereinafter - the Service) is designed for the transfer of state property into trust management according to the Rules approved by the order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 16, 2015, No. 17.
Access to the Service is provided to:
Founders of trust management of state property (employees of authorized state bodies), provided they have an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan. Access is automatically provided by the BIN included in the electronic digital signature of the legal entity (founder).
Property holders – state legal entities, to which state property is assigned for operational management or economic management (access is automatically provided by the BIN included in the electronic digital signature of the legal entity).
Tender participants (individuals and legal entities) - provided they sign the User Agreement on the state property register web portal e-Qazyna.kz using the electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan. Tender participants are provided access exclusively to the information about the tender and the corresponding contract.
